The surface treatment process of the products include: brushed, titanium plating, shot blasting, electrophoresis, plastic spraying, painting, electroplating and oxidation.

Q1:How can I get sample?
1) We provide samples, you just need to pay the shipping cost is OK.
2) The sample of your own design needs to pay for the mold set up charge, Samples production takes 15-20 working days after set up charge received & size drawing approval.
Q2:How can I get the quotation?
1) Detailed drawings ( CAD/PDF/DWG/IGS/STEP/JPG files)
2) Material requirement.
3) Surface treatment.
4) Quantity (per order/per month/annual).
5) Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels,delivery,etc.
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with photos or videos which show the manufacturing process.
Q4:Can you open mold for us to manufacture new product?
A:Yes! if the quantity is big,our company can afford part of the mold cost.
